Fusteeno is a p2p client for Gnutella networks that works directly within the browser. Yes, you read right: nothing to download and nothing to install . You only need a browser with support for Java and Flash. The name is "clearly" the Italian is in fact behind Fusteeno Agostino, Italian programmer. Fusteeno is a peer-to-peer client which supports the Gnutella network. It is the first online file sharing program fully specified. Unlike other P2P client for the Gnutella network (such as Bearshare ) does not require with no software to download.

Fusteeno is a good example of how Flash and Java can work together making the most of their characteristics, because the GUI was built with Flash, the engine (the heart of Fusteeno) in java. To communicate, these two technologies use Javascript.
Fusteeno is still a young project, that work needs to be improved. Now Fusteeno is an open source project under the GPL to be improved by all.
