Quitting smoking requires determination, but everything is in preparation, if carried out appropriately, can be of great help.

Understand your reasons

What are the reasons why you quit? It 's a your choice, or someone has suggested to do so ... your doctor, your family or friends, perhaps? To succeed in this undertaking is necessary that you are sure of " your" reasons. The key is to live your experiences every day and lose sight of the smoking once and for all. Remember, you're not just missing something, but also gaining a new life free from cigarettes.
