Quitting smoking requires determination, but everything is in preparation, if carried out appropriately, can be of great help.
Understand your reasons
What are the reasons why you quit? It 's a your choice, or someone has suggested to do so ... your doctor, your family or friends, perhaps? To succeed in this undertaking is necessary that you are sure of " your" reasons. And these may be negative, or things you want to avoid, like: "I do not want to risk die young", or reasons which are positive, like "I want to play football without wheezing or coughing " .
Then make a list and be sure to write down all your reason, however small it may be. The more you have, the better. And always keep the list handy so that you be an encouragement.
Here are a few to get you started
