The day before they stop you need to get rid of all temptations. Search at home and in your pocket all cigarettes, matches, lighters and throws everything in the trash (maybe if you can burn them, except the lighter of course). It would be a good idea to throw all the ashtrays, as you may remember that smoke. When you stopped not need it anymore!
Remember that the first few weeks are the most difficult but once you begin to feel better, the symptoms listed below are a sign that your body is starting to recover:

  • WANT : your brain is missing the nicotine cravings but usually disappear within a few weeks
  • COUGH: Your lungs are being purified. Try drinking hot drinks to relieve cough
  • FAME, diarrhea or constipation : your body is returning to normal, try to eat healthy snacks instead of junk
  • Dizziness : your brain is getting used to receive the right amount of oxygen. Do not worry too much since lasting only a few days.
  • INSOMNIA, easily irritated : these are the signs of lack of nicotine, which should disappear within 2 to 3 weeks.
