Diy Martial Arts Belt Display Rack
Meditating on impermanence is to become aware that nothing can last, that everything is destined to end - not just me, not only you, but the whole world and the universe. Everything falls apart, everything is corrupt, everything breaks down, all ages, everything is sick, everything dies. In twenty, forty or seventy years, we who read these lines will be very few hours, and, in a hundred years, no one. Not only will the disappeared persons and things, not just the rich and the poor will be dead, not only are the empires collapsed, not only the geography of the world and the universe will be changed, but our thoughts, our love, our concerns, our successes and our failures, our hopes and our fears will not be nothing left.
And then we arrive at a nihilistic vision, a complete despair? Not exactly. Because, if nothing will last, even our despair, even our suffering, is gone. Just wait with sleek look and not rely on false hopes. And among the false hope that there is also that we will not be affected by adversity and pain. All of this is predictable and controllable. Everything passes, yes, happiness is suffering.
look at ourselves and the world in light of the great cosmic perspective. We're small, tiny, insignificant. In a few years, most of us do not remember anyone. E 'with this awareness that we recognize the importance of every minute, the fact of living in the present, this present, this moment. Forget the hopes, ambitions, fears and dreams of glory are a waste of time, a theft attention. And resize the desires that torment us and the events that now seem huge. No obstacle, no suffering is unbeatable: just leave it to nature and time. We have our good fortune we had - we have opened our eyes to this world ... even if only for a moment.
