The center of the soul

"The center of the soul is God," say the most important mystics of the West and East. They say for example, St. John of the Cross and the Upanishads: Atman is Brahman. This means that God is not found on altars or in any church or statue. It 'always come to the time of the gods, especially since God is not a person but a principle or the All. Unfortunately, the people do not yet realized and continues to worship God by believing that it is a powerful. Strictly speaking, we should not talk of God but of the Divine, the transcendent.

Where is this center? Certainly not in the religions of mass, which are still from the past. Certainly not in any cult or rite. It is located deep within itself, once it is conditioning the mind silenced, the prevailing culture. Not in an absolute vacuum, but in a vacuum made of dualism of mind and self-centeredness.
