feel, think and meditate
Mark Twain said: "We simply feel, and have it confused with thinking." And it's true. The problem is that we all feel and perceive spontaneously while thinking involves reflection and therefore some effort.
But if the passage from feeling to thinking it is already difficult, the more difficult it will go from thinking about the non-thinking! Yet it is this step that we propose with meditation. This non-thinking is not a return to hear, but more than a thought through a conditional suspension of mind.
